Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Reminiscent Wear is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted addresses.

Please carefully review your name, street address, apartment/unit number, city, state/province, postal code, and country before completing your purchase.

Shipping addresses must be entered using Latin characters. Address Line 1 is limited to 35 characters, and Address Line 2 is limited to 30 characters. Pasted markdown

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Because our products are made to order and production can begin shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipping.

If a package cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional production and/or shipping charges may apply to have the order reproduced and shipped again.

PO BOXES

We recommend using a standard residential or business street address whenever possible.

PO Box delivery is generally recommended only for orders within the United States, and customers are responsible for making sure the ordered product will fit within their PO Box. Express Delivery does not support PO Box addresses. Pasted markdown

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

International shipments may require additional recipient information for customs or successful delivery. A recipient phone number is required for international delivery. Pasted markdown

Depending on the destination country, customers may also be required to provide additional information such as a local tax identification number, customs clearance number, email address, or other information required by the destination country's customs authority or shipping carrier.

If additional information is required to process your order, Reminiscent Wear may contact you before your order can be sent to production or shipped.

Failure to provide required international shipping or customs information may result in delays, return of the shipment, or other delivery issues.
